I am an independent Occupational Therapist based in East Anglia, with over 17 years of dedicated clinical experience spanning a variety of adult and adolescent settings. My practice is deeply rooted in a commitment to improving the quality of life for my clients, and I specialise in areas such as rehabilitation, moving and handling, single-person care, and the provision of essential equipment. My qualifications include full registration with the Health & Care Professions Council, and I am a proud member of The Royal College of Occupational Therapists.

Acute Stroke Wards: Providing critical care and facilitating the recovery of individuals in the acute phase of stroke, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Stroke Rehabilitation Wards: Assisting patients in regaining function and independence post-stroke, with a focus on personalised rehabilitation strategies to optimise recovery outcomes.

Community Stroke Teams: Delivering tailored support within the community setting, enabling clients to continue their rehabilitation journey in a familiar environment while maintaining close coordination with other healthcare providers.

Physical Rehabilitation Wards: Supporting individuals with various physical impairments, guiding them through recovery processes that promote mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Community Health & Social Services Teams: Collaborating with community health and social services to ensure clients receive holistic care that addresses both medical and social needs, enhancing their overall well-being.

Adolescent Low Secure Mental Health Hospitals: Engaging with young people in secure mental health settings, providing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mental health, social skills, and overall quality of life.

Adult Forensic Medium Secure Hospitals: Working within medium secure units, delivering specialised occupational therapy to adults with complex mental health needs, often within the context of legal and security considerations.

Bariatric Care: Addressing the unique challenges associated with bariatric care, including safe moving and handling techniques, equipment provision, and the development of tailored care plans that promote dignity and comfort.
