Moving & Handling - Assessing how you or a person supporting you carries out safe moving & handling tasks. Managing risks to reduce accidents or injury to either of person. Identifying appropriate equipment to reduce the need for care support increasing independence.

Risk management & assessment for people who are bariatric, have dementia & Parkinson's disease. Advice on equipment, moving & handling, pressure care & seating postural support.

Equipment - Identify, advice & signpost to appropriate items to enable independence, reduce care support, maintain safe transfers, improve quality of life, continue with days out or holidays away where equipment items may be required for you.

Environmental - This looks at your living space, furniture location, access to daily living items, considerations for safe transfers, discuss trip hazards & fire safety.
​
Single person care - Assessment to identify if a person requires 1 person to support them or 2 people. This can improve 1 to 1 interaction between carer & client & reduce the financial implication of a care package.

Seating - Assessing an individual's postural positioning in their current chair & advice on identified risks of sliding out of a chair. Advice on the long term health benefits & improved quality of life.

Discharge home - Supporting with aspects of returning home from hospital or other setting. Including if you are considering moving to another property or having to micro-live in your own home due to mobility restrictions.
​
Activities of daily living - Discussing realistic goals to work towards. identifying tasks that are important for your to engage in. These can include shaving or brushing your own teeth, showering, feeding your pets, making snacks, meals or drinks for yourself.
